Co-Founder of ENVI Lodges
Noelle is the co-founder of ENVI Lodges, a luxury experiential eco-lodge brand and management company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company operates eco-friendly lodges that are immersed in nature and located in remote destinations. ENVI specialises in tented camps and eco-pods and follows high standards of sustainability. The company believes that the future of tourism relies upon the creation of meaningful nature-centric lodges that regenerate the environment and create purpose-driven experiences that are transformational for its guests.
Following its launch in 2021, ENVI Lodges has quickly gained recognition as the go-to brand and management company for luxury eco-lodges in the region. Within a few months of its launch, ENVI won the Transformative Concept of the Year at the Hospitality Excellence Awards.
Prior to founding ENVI Lodges, Noelle was the Hospitality and Tourism Lead at Grant Thornton UAE. She has written several articles in local industry publications, mostly related to traveller experience and sustainability. She is a guest keynote speaker at most major industry conferences, an advisory board member to The Hotel Show Dubai and The Hotel Show KSA, and was on the jury for the Hotelier Middle East Awards in 2021. Noelle was selected as one of the Top 50 most influential hoteliers in the MENA region in 2022 and made it to the Hotelier Executive Power list in 2023.
Noelle holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
