Dr. Christian Rebhan is an accomplished healthcare & life sciences executive and an experienced and committed INSEAD volunteer.
A physician by training, Christian spent the first 13 years of his career in consulting, where he was a Partner in Bain’s Global Healthcare practice. In 2018, Christian joined the management team of Unilabs, one of the largest diagnostic providers in Europe, and the only provider to offer laboratory, imaging and pathology specialties within one group. As the Chief Medical & Operations Officer at Unilabs, Christian is responsible for Unilabs’ Operations team, the Telemedicine Clinic and Unilabs’ global medical network. In his position, Christian and his teams had the opportunity to successfully contribute to the global fight against the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic – providing accurate and timely diagnostic results to millions of patients across Europe.
Dr. Rebhan became an executive committee member of the INSEAD NAA Germany right after his INSEAD graduation in 2009. From there onwards, he served on the committee until 2019. For the last four years as the president of the NAA Germany. Following his presidency, Christian supported the INSEAD Alumni Association (IAA) as a member of the IAA President Search Committee. During his time as executive member and president of the NAA Germany, he provided leadership to INSEAD’s fourth largest Alumni Association, and - building on the strong work of his predecessors and supported by a great team – helped to provide our German INSEAD Alumni with an active, diverse and welcoming Alumni network.
Dr. Rebhan is fluent in German and English. He holds a medical degree and doctorate from the LMU Munich and an MBA from INSEAD.
