Annu Talreja is an entrepreneur and has won several accolades for her entrepreneurial efforts including Business World's '40 Under 40' in 2019 and Forbes’ 'Modern India Game Changers' in 2020.
Annu founded Oxfordcaps in 2018 - Oxfordcaps provides custom-designed and fully-serviced student housing for university students in India and Singapore. Within two years, the company grew to be the largest private student accommodation operator in India and Singapore. In 2021, Oxfordcaps was acquired by Alturist Technologies.
Annu is an architecture graduate with a MBA from INSEAD. She has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, M&A and Corporate Finance with leading global organisations like Marriott, Ernst & Young and AECOM.
Annu is also an angel investor and a mentor at Rebalance - an early-stage startup accelerator programme and angel community that shapes and invests in women founders.
