Alumni

Our Community

Spread across the globe, our more than 73,500 alumni represent more than 174 nationalities and come from nearly 200 countries. As global citizens, they build relationships across borders, embrace diverse perspectives and advance diversity, equity and inclusion.

As a community, our alumni are deeply supportive of one another — and deeply connected to the school. Each year, tens of thousands come together for reunions, lifelong learning programmes, volunteering and more.

No Rules Rules - Keynote: Erin Meyer - Q&A with Reed Hastings

No Rules Rules - Keynote: Erin Meyer - Q&A with Reed Hastings

Join Reed Hastings, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Netflix, and our own Professor Erin Meyer, bestselling author of The Culture Map and No Rules Rules (written with Reed Hastings), for a captivating conversation exploring leadership, culture, and the future of work in a rapidly changing world.

Erin will begin with a keynote about the learnings from her research at Netflix on how to develop an organisational culture that fosters innovation and flexibility and then Reed will join her onstage for a discussion with the audience.

You will learn to value people over process, emphasize innovation over efficiency, and lead with context, not control. Through unorthodox principles such as Talent Density, Radical Candor, Freedom and Responsibility, and The Keeper Test. Erin and Reed will lay out a proven, systematic method for building and enhancing a corporate culture that breeds high performance, speed, and flexibility throughout the organisation.

Together, they will offer fresh insights into what it takes to lead boldly and effectively in today’s global environment.

Session is 90 minutes.
